Paulina Purnomowati is a dynamic and accomplished professional
with over 20 years of experience in brand management, marketing,
strategic planning, retail operations, and business development.
With a solid foundation in business administration and a track
record of driving growth and innovation, Paulina has established
herself as a leader in her field. She currently serves as the
Chief Marketing Officer for TipTip Network Indonesia, an
innovative entertainment platform designed to boost the creative
economy, especially for creators and communities.
Paulina was the sole candidate representing Indonesia in the Netflix reality TV show "The Apprentice: ONE Championship" in 2021. She demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, which led to her being recruited by the show's host, Chatri Sityodtong (CEO & Founder of ONE Championship), to work under his wing in Singapore after the show.
As a seasoned leader, Paulina possesses strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, enabling her to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. She thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at analyzing complex challenges to develop creative solutions. Her career track record includes serving as Country Manager for Mitra Adi Perkasa Inditex Group (which includes brands like Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, and Bershka), and for Valiram Indonesia (representing brands such as Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works). She has also worked with high-end brands like Chanel and Tod’s. Paulina began her career in the United States, working for Procter & Gamble at their headquarters, followed by a stint at L'Oréal Indonesia.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Paulina is deeply passionate about mentorship and giving back to the community. She actively engages in initiatives aimed at fostering talent development and promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
