Valencia Tanoesoedibjo is one of MNC Group’s next gen leader. A young executive with 7 years of experience in media, entertainment, and e-commerce and retail industry.

Graduated from University of Sydney in Communication Management, and class of 2023 EMBA Global Asia (Columbia University/Hong Kong University and London Business School), Valencia is a dynamic individual, and has a passion to learn and grow both as a professional and entrepreneur in the media, e-sports, beauty and fashion industry.

She currently is the Director of Digital business in MNC TBK, Managing Director of GTV and RCTI+, managing team of Esports Star Indonesia, founder of a local beauty brand Soulyu and founder of a high end jewelry brand Clemence Ellery.

Valencia sees herself to continuously progress in her career, bringing in fresh new perspectives

and further breakthroughs in the MNC group. Her vision is to be able to create products and businesses that are evergreen and are able to compete internationally, but more importantly to create products and businesses that are meaningful, inspirational and impactful for the better of the society and Indonesia.
