Dhika has always been passionate about storytelling and community building. Before returning to Indonesia, she was a lifestyle journalist writing about beauty, fashion, music, and pop culture for publications in New York (L’Officiel USA, GoodHousekeeping, Town & Country).

The 26-year-old was also a consultant for World Bank Indonesia, as a communication specialist for the Environment and Natural Resources sector. In 2019, she started her career in sports management, managing the football club and community as General Manager, Head of Creative.

Dhika is now the Chief Product Officer of United Creative, the subsidiary company of Bali United Group, and established United Creative as the Largest Fan Experience Ecosystem, where she applied the football club’s expertise in fan management into growing fans (75 million+) in other industries such as Kpop, Entertainment, Food, Sports, Beauty, E-sports, and more.

She is also the Co-Founder of the largest women community in Indonesia, Rahasia Gadis, focusing in beauty, mental health and career/entrepreneurship.
